The questions asked on this questionnaire may be very personal. Pre-marital counseling is a very personal experience where intimate details of your lives will be discussed. The information in this questionnaire will be kept strictly confidential, shared only with the Senior Pastor and Assistant Pastor doing your pre-marital counseling. Please be as honest as possible in your answers. The pre-marital counseling will consist of 6-7 sessions dealing with the Biblical basis for marriage, conflict, family of origin, finances, Biblical roles, and intimacy.
